Green Jobs comprise decent work that protects the environment and supports climate change adaptation and inclusive economic growth, enabling sustainable transition by supporting the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of green economy systems. The Green Jobs & Skills Working Group aims to engage the private sector initiatives through three key priorities:
 

• Financing a human centered transition focused on scalable models for green-skills and green jobs
• Adapt existing formal and informal workforce, validating and developing vulnerable groups’ skills
• Qualify a future, resilient workforce, innovating curriculum and deploying capability-building models
