Claudia Sender is a member of the Board of Directors of several publicly traded companies and NGOs, such as Telefonica in Spain, Holcim in Switzerland, Gerdau, and Embraer in Brazil. Among the NGOs are highlighted Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Amigos do Bem, Gastromotiva, and Ensina Brasil.

Before serving as a board member, Claudia was Senior Vice President for Clients at LATAM Airlines Group and CEO for LATAM Airlines Brazil until July 2019. Claudia joined TAM Airlines in December/2011 as Commercial and Marketing Vice President.

Prior to joining LATAM, Claudia was Marketing and Product Development Vice President at Whirlpool Latin America, where she served for 7 years. She also worked as a consultant at Bain&Company, in projects in several industries, including telecommunications and aviation. Claudia has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic School, University of Sao Paulo, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ajay Bahl is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AZB & Partners. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Ajay has over 35 years of experience and advises corporates, domestic and international, and their promoters in a wide area of advisory, transactional, litigation and compliance needs. This includes regulatory compliant and tax- efficient India entry and operating models and cross border investment, as the case may be.

He has served as an independent expert on behalf of the Government of India on matters of accounting and tax issues before the International Court of Justice at the Hague. Ajay has served and currently serves as an expert member on various committees, including the Eshwar Committee on reform of direct taxes, the Company Law Committee for amending and decriminalizing the law, the Expert Committee for drafting legal framework for allowing VCC structure in the IFSCs, the Government-CII Task Force on Ease of Doing Business’ to work towards improving business climate in the country on a sustained basis, among others, constituted by the Government of India.

Ajay is the Chairman of the CII Task Force on Judicial Reforms which has been driving the process of decriminalization of various Indian laws, serves as a member of various committees set up by the CII, etc. Ajay is widely recognized as one of India’s foremost corporate attorneys. He has been lauded by Chambers Asia–Pacific for his “sharp commercial mind and ability to lead from the front.” Ajay has been recognized as an ‘Eminent Practitioner’ for Corporate / M&A; ‘Eminent Practitioner’ for Tax by Chambers Asia–Pacific. The pivotal moment in my dedication to fostering ethical cultures within organizations occurred through my firsthand observation of Siemens' anti-corruption remediation journey.

With over two decades of experience, I have applied my expertise to organizations such as NEOM, IBM, Aveng, and Maersk. My multicultural perspective, shaped by living in countries such as South Africa, East Africa, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, enriches my approach. My primary focus involves guiding these entities through the intricate landscape of corruption and other financial crimes, aiming to establish sustainable programs that foster integrity, trust, and enduring success.

My proficiency extends across anti-corruption, with subject matter expertise in FCPA and UKBA, as well as sanctions and competition law. Gonzalo is the Chief Counsel Ethics & Compliance at Unilever where he oversees the company’s global economic crime and third-party compliance programs and the external advocacy agenda in these fields.

Gonzalo is also the current Chair of the Global Commission on Anti-Corruption and Social Responsibility at the International Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Global Future Council on Transparency and Anti-Corruption at the World Economic Forum. Maria Archimbal holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at YPF S.A since May 2021. She is also in charge of the Compliance Program for YPF Affiliates: YPF GAS, AESA, OPESSA, YPF TECNOLOGÍA, YPF BRAZIL, YPF CHILE and Fundación YPF.
